Policy for sale and purchase

According to the terms and conditions of this Policy, the Business agrees to deliver the described goods to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept these goods.

 

Consumer Guarantees

(a) Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the rights which either of the parties may have under the Australian Consumer Law. (b) A failure to comply with the Consumer Guarantee provisions under the Australian Consumer Law to the extent they apply to this Agreement, the Business' liability is limited to (at its election):
(i) in the case of a supply of goods: (A) replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; (B) repairing the goods; (C) paying the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or (D) paying the cost of having the goods repaired; and
(ii) in the case of a supply of services: (A) resupplying the services or (B) paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

 

Risk of loss

The Business assumes responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are delivered. Once the goods have been delivered, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.

 

When you own goods

You own a product which is goods once we have received payment in full.

 Modifications

To change anything in this policy, the Customer and the Business must agree to the change in writing.

 Invoices

The Business will invoice the Client after completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

 Payment methods

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method that is accepted by the Business.

 Licensing

The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal and state, or local laws and regulations.

 Client will review work

The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to the Business if the Business has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.

 Returns or/ Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis.
In the event the finished product does not reflect the approved or advertised sample, My Little Needle may offer to exchange the garment for a replacement or a different product to the same purchase value.
Customer has 7 days from the day they receive the product to be eligible for an Exchange or Refund.
Customer notes that any exchanges will have an agreed upon turnaround time, based on the surrounding circumstances.

 Delivery Costs

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.

 Delivery schedule

The Business will deliver the described goods to the Customer on or by expected delivery date either collected by customer from the business premises in person or delivered otherwise as agreed upon in writing.

 Delivery delays

The Business will notify the Customer of any delays that may affect the expected delivery date.

 Modifications

To change anything in this policy, the Customer and the Business must agree to the change in writing.
